The Summit will take place at Soyuzivka in Kerhonkson, New York during the Weekend of March 29th. For those wishing to arrive the night before, a pre-Summit reception will be held on the evening of Friday, March 28th. The main talks will take place on Saturday, March 29th. A social reception will complete the evenings events. Before adjourning on Sunday, March 30th, there will be a summary panel to review the ideas generated at both the 2002 and 2003 Summits.
The keynote speaker, Mr. Oleh Wolwyna, will speak about the current demographics of the Ukrainian-American Community. Mr. Wolowyna is owner and president of the consulting firm Informed Decisions, Inc. in Chapel Hill, N.C. He has worked as a consultant in the international development field (population and health). He has also done extensive demographic and sociological analysis of Ukrainians in the United States and Canada, as well as demographic analysis of the situation in Ukraine.
Individual organizational booths will be available to provide opportunities for one-on-one discussions with representatives from the attending organizations. The weekend's atmosphere and attire is intended to be "casual."
